In order to ensure the highest quality, all of our prints and frames are made to order. As a result, please anticipate a longer shipping time than usual. Unframed prints will be shipped within 7 business days upon order placement. Delivery of framed prints may take up to 5 weeks from the date of order. We aim dispatch your framed print within 2-3 weeks of your order.

Should the person responsible for delivering the package encounter any difficulties in accessing the location, we kindly request that you provide us with written details upon ordering.

Given that we depend on third-party logistics and shipment companies for the delivery of our products, we cannot ensure specific delivery times. In the event that your order does not reach you within an acceptable time frame, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

International Shipping

We do offer International shipping on unframed prints only. This will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $60 AUD.

Please be mindful when choosing your print and frame as all orders are custome made. Therefor we cannot offer a refund or exchange in the case of change of mind.

Please note that we cannot provide refunds or replacements for items that have been damaged due to improper use or a lack of reasonable care. To prevent any potential damage, we advise refraining from opening and handling your rolled print until you arrive at the framing location.

In the rare occurrence that you receive a product that you deem to be defective or harmed, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To facilitate a smooth return procedure, we ask that you initiate the return of your order in original condition with the invoice identifying your order within 7 days from the point of initial communication. Prior to granting any exchanges or refunds, returned products will be subject to a comprehensive inspection by our team.

We do not offer returns on International orders.
